Responsibilities
- Real Time Communications (RTC)
- Lead a global full-stack team developing web and mobile apps
- Own architecture and technical design across database, backend, and client-side
- Design scalable solutions with Node.js, React, and React Native
- Guide QA and testing processes to ensure high product quality
- Mentor engineers and foster professional growth
- Partner with Product to define and deliver the roadmap
- You can be part of the following team: 3 full-stack engineers (based in LATAM)
Skills
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with Node.js and React
- Proven experience leading development teams in agile environments(prefferebe at mid-sized companies)
- Track record of setting processes, KPIs, and delivering milestones
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills in production environments
- Collaborative, customer-centric approach to problem-solving
- Strong leadership, architectural thinking, communication, and ownership
- Able to work according to the Austin, Texas time zone(UTC−06:00, Central Time (CT))
