Senior Software Engineer (Java, Node.js, Spring Boot)

Responsibilities:

• This role requires the ability to work onsite in our Culver City, California office 3 days a week, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of high-quality software products
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and enhance features
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive

Skills:

• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and robust software solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• Extensive experience with Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
