Principal Software Engineer (React + Node)

Responsibilities:

Integrate yourself directly into client's team and work alongside existing designers and engineers.
Work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product.

Skills:

10+ years of professional software development experience.
Advanced English proficiency.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
Proficiency in React and Node.js for full-stack development.
Strong experience with modern frontend technologies.
Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Solid experience in backend service development.
Deep understanding of software design and architecture best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with performance optimization techniques.
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.
Experience with CI/CD practices.
Ability to work through new and difficult issues.
Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery.
Forensic attention to detail.
Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
Ability to take extreme ownership over work.
