React/Node.js Developers

Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, high performance user interfaces using React.js, React Hooks, and TypeScript
Build modular, reusable component libraries aligned with modern UI UX and frontend engineering standards
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services and implement effective state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js with frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS
Design scalable microservices and event driven systems leveraging message queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies
Work with relational and non-relational databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL ensuring optimized schema design and performance
Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision making
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers to uphold coding standards
Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration platforms
Partner with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Continuously optimize applications for performance, security, scalability, and reliability

Skills

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript ES6 and above, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
Solid experience in Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API security best practices
Experience in database design and querying across SQL and NoSQL databases
Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
