Fullstack Engineering Manager - JavaScript, Node.js 🏆

At USA Tile and Marble we are looking for a Manager engineer!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work with both backend and frontend developers
• Enhance our WooCommerce / WordPress platform
• Improve website performance, user experience, speed, and scalability
• Develop and implement sophisticated SEO strategies
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize CPC/paid advertising campaigns
• Create APIs and integrations between WooCommerce, Zoho, and other third-party tools
• Write Python-based scripts and automations for reporting, data management, and workflow enhancement
• Construct dashboards and KPI reports within Zoho CRM & Zoho Analytics
• Automate lead tracking, sales attribution, and customer lifecycle reporting
• Analyze data and present performance insights to leadership

Skills:

• Proficient in WooCommerce and WordPress development
• Frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (modern frameworks)
• Backend skills: PHP, MySQL (or equivalent)
• Required experience with Python (automation, scripting, APIs, reporting tools, data processing)
• Experience with system integrations using REST APIs/webhooks
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices
• Background in managing or optimizing CPC/paid advertising campaigns
• Familiarity with CRM reporting, preferably Zoho
• Leadership capabilities and project management skills
• Nice to have: Experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho Analytics / Zoho Creator
• Nice to have: Python experience for data analytics (pandas, reporting, dashboards)
• Nice to have: SQL or database modeling skills
• Nice to have: Experience in eCommerce conversion rate optimization: Google Ads, GA4, or call tracking tools
• Nice to have: Understanding of DevOps or hosting performance optimization
