Junior Node Operator

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage new blockchain and validator projects.
• Maintain uptime and health of blockchain nodes and validators.
• Execute scheduled and emergency software updates.
• Engage with community and project teams via Discord, Slack, and Telegram.
• Join the on-call rotation and respond quickly to alerts.
• Improve observability tools and CI/CD automation.
• Automate ops workflows using Python and/or Golang.

Skills

• ✅ Proactive and self-driven mindset
• ✅ Comfortable scripting with Python and/or Golang
• ✅ Experience with Linux, Docker, and containerized deployments
• ✅ Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, Prometheus, and Grafana
• ✅ Strong English communication skills

Qualifications

• 🔹 Blockchain node and staking experience
• 🔹 Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or managing bare-metal servers
• 🔹 Experience with Nomad, Vault, or Python/Django
• 🔹 Prior on-call support experience in production environments
