Sr Node Js Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust and high-performance APIs to support web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API requirements and establish endpoints.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms for securing API endpoints.
• Optimize APIs for performance, responsiveness, and fault tolerance.
• Create documentation for APIs and debug and resolve API-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for API development.
• Integrate APIs into web and mobile applications and participate in code reviews.
• Write unit tests to ensure API reliability.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles.
• Proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks such as Express.js.
• Experience with database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms like JWT and OAuth.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with version control systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
