Full Stack Architect (Node.js & React)
Responsibilities:
- You will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across the full software development lifecycle
- Responsibilities will be to create the architecture for a desktop app and to oversee the development in terms of being the onshore contact representing an offshore development team
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack architectures
- Lead the development of web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend)
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve development efficiency
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability
Skills:
- 8 years of professional experience in software development
- 3 years in an architectural or technical leadership role
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and React.js
- Experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g., Redux, TypeScript, Webpack)
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching strategies, and data modeling
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and testing frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog)
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
