Full Stack Architect (Node.js & React)

Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across the full software development lifecycle
Responsibilities will be to create the architecture for a desktop app and to oversee the development in terms of being the onshore contact representing an offshore development team
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack architectures
Lead the development of web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend)
Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve development efficiency
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability

8 years of professional experience in software development
3 years in an architectural or technical leadership role
Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and React.js
Experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g., Redux, TypeScript, Webpack)
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching strategies, and data modeling
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and testing frameworks
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems
Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog)
Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
