Senior Node.js Engineer

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our Tech & Product team to rapidly bring innovative product ideas to life
Lead impactful design reviews for cutting-edge systems, championing best-in-class solutions to complex technical challenges
Continuously expand your expertise by mastering the latest technologies and driving innovation within our engineering team

Skills:

Senior Software Engineer with a solid understanding of building production-quality web applications in TypeScript
Experience leading on the planning, development and deployment of large parts of a Node.js backend system, whilst working closely with and/or mentoring junior team members
Comfortable working across the frontend where needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in software development

Key projects include:
- New AI-Driven Project: A greenfield initiative leveraging Vercel AI SDK, TanStack Start, Redis, Drizzle and more
- Talent Tracker: Our employer analytics platform built with React, Shadcn, GraphQL API, Prisma, and Elasticsearch

Our services are deployed on AWS and managed with Terraform. Our architecture evolves as our needs grow, so you'll also have the opportunity to directly influence the direction of our technological choices as we move forward.
