Node.js Developer - Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure backend code using Node.js
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges
• Continuously improve and optimize code for maximum performance and stability
• Contribute to the development of new features and products, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner, providing effective solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Node.js to ensure our technology stack remains current and competitive
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and project managers
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality
• Document code and processes to maintain a high level of understanding and consistency among team members
• Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges and risks
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our development processes and tools
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of best practices and coding standards
• Take ownership of projects and tasks, delivering high-quality work within established timelines
• Collaborate with other developers to share knowledge and mentor junior team members

Benefits
