Full-Stack Developer (Node.js and React.js)

Responsibilities:

• This role focuses on orchestrating processes and managing essential infrastructure
• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications utilizing the React.js, Next.js, and Node.js technology stack
• Create server-side logic and RESTful APIs with Express.js and Next.js API routes to deliver high-performance user experiences
• Utilize Next.js for features such as server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and optimized front-end delivery
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, emphasizing quality and comprehensive testing
• Integrate both front-end components and back-end services seamlessly
• Analyze complex technical problems, propose effective solutions, and engage in collaborative chapter discussions with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features efficiently
• Work closely with the team to establish streamlined CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the build and deployment processes
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
• Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation for projects, facilitating efficient knowledge transfer and handover processes
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, offering mentorship and coaching to junior team members to support their development

Skills:

• A university degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, or over 5 years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Fluent in English
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript with extensive hands-on experience in React.js, including hooks, state management (e.g., Context API, Redux, or Zustand), and component-based architecture
• Proficient in Node.js for back-end development, with proven experience in the Next.js framework, including routing, data fetching, and API routes
• Solid experience in building and managing APIs using Express.js, with skills in creating and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiar with common database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB) and a solid understanding of responsive design principles
• Experienced with version control systems, especially Git
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical challenges
